As I understand it Cialis is similar to Viagra, in that both inhibit the enzyme which prevents production of hormones responsible for erections. Neither Vexx HD nor Pro Erex work quite the same way, as both are instead herbal supplements designed to enhance the libido.
We would strongly recommend that before your husband takes Pro Erex or Vexx HD that you read more about the active ingredients here, and consult a medical professional.
